AUCTION BEST PARTIES
Do you love throwing parties? Want to connect more with your Alcuin Community? Do both AND help raise money for Alcuin’s biggest fundraiser of the year, Alcuin Auction!
Best Parties are parties that parents or businesses throw for adults, kids, or both - host’s choice! The hosts cover the party expenses, and 100% of ticket sales for the event benefit Alcuin. Some examples of Best Parties include Movie in the Backyard, Watch Parties, Craft Parties, Paella Parties, anything goes! Hosts decide the theme, how many people, ages, etc.
Ticket prices for parties range from $25-$200 per person and are sold at our annual Auction gala or throughout the year. Any time is a great time for a Best Party! The Parents’ Club Team can help you plan this party!
SCHOOL SPIRIT
GO HAWKS! Help decorate the gym and school for spirit assemblies, big games and more!
CONCESSION STAND
Concession stand sales at home games in the Alcuin Gym directly support our athletes! Come help run our concession stand and support our school teams at the same time.
HAWK SHOP
Run by volunteers, loved by all Hawks! Show your school spirit, visit the Hawk shop and grab some Hawk gear for the whole family!
STAFF APPRECIATION
Help us show our stellar faculty and staff how much we appreciate everything they do! Volunteer throughout the year to serve a special meal at Alcuin for all the people who make our school a great place. These events occur at the start of the school year, during the holiday season, around Valentine’s Day and during Teacher Appreciation Week in May.
PARENTS' CLUB COFFEE AND MONTHLY MEETING
Join us for coffee and friends! All Alcuin parents are invited! Mark your calendars for the first Wednesday of every month at 8:30 am, when parents come together to host a variety of speakers on interesting topics, as well as discuss important Alcuin community events and volunteer opportunities.
There's always something going on! The Alcuin Parents' Club participates in a number of opportunities and events throughout the year, so there are so many ways for you to get involved! Here are some of our recurring and/or permanent activities!
